Our Story

Sky Advisers (originally CRC Financial Services) was founded in 1985. The business has been located in Moonah for 25 years and at various times offered financial planning, general insurance, mortgage broking and accounting services. Changing name in 2012, today Sky Advisers focuses solely on quality financial planning advice.

 Our team works closely together to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.


Our People

David Allen

David has been an integral part of Sky Advisers for 21 years. He is the Managing Director of Sky Advisers and a Certified Financial Planner.

He is married with two adult children enjoys travel, bushwalking, vegetable gardening, keeping fit and cooking.

Daniel McCarthy

Daniel has been at Sky Advisers for 6 years. Daniel has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is current working towards a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Daniel is committed and passionate about financial planning and assisting clients with vastly different circumstances. Daniel enjoys assisting clients to achieve their goals and believes everyone can benefit from quality advice. Daniel is married with 2 young children, he enjoys spending time with them, and also watching and playing sport.

Nicole Grundy

Nicole is a senior Administrator and has been with Sky Advisers for 16 years. Nicole has achieved a Diploma of Financial Planning and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.

Nicole is married, a proud mum and enjoys spending time with family, socialising with friends, reading and doing arts and craft in her spare time.

Candace Rogers

Candace joined our team at Sky Advisers in July 2017.  She has worked in financial planning for over nine years and also spent two years working in Media in London.  She holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is working toward her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.  Hobbies outside of work include travel, food, music, literature, being active, and simply enjoying life.

Jessie Seaton 

Jessie joined the Sky Advisers administration team in October 2020. She is currently undergoing a traineeship in business and is hoping to complete further study in the future. Jessie’s hobbies include art, reading, cooking and enjoys spending time with her family including her fur child Scrappy the cat.
